🚨 RSPD VEHICLE DECOMMISSION UPDATE 🚨

We’ve received several questions from residents about the black Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and why it is now being seen with the City of Reeds Spring Public Works team.

We want to provide a clear update to our residents:

The Chevrolet Silverado 1500 has been officially decommissioned from the Reeds Spring Police Department (RSPD). This means the vehicle is no longer in service or use by RSPD.

As part of the decommissioning process, all equipment, markings, decals, and anything associated with the Reeds Spring Police Department have been removed from the vehicle. The truck is no longer a police vehicle.

The truck was donated to the City of Reeds Spring and has been placed into service for use by our City Public Works team to support their daily work and operations.
